Product Description.

Installation and commissioning.
1. Electrode clip connected to the negative output, electrode holder connected to the positive output.
2. The tungsten needle can be sharpened on the grinding machine, using the principle of tip discharge work.
3 tungsten needle diameter 1.5mm
Operation steps.
1. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch.
2. Adjust the power knob, divided into coarse adjustment and fine adjustment. According to the work requirements can be adjusted arbitrarily scale value
3. Hold the workpiece with tweezers. Workpiece interface aligned with the tungsten needle (the best distance of 5mm) workpiece can not touch.
4. Step on the foot switch with your foot. (Move your foot away). Spot welding is completed.
Caution.
1. Feet can not step on the foot switch for a long time, step on it immediately move away, such as a long time to step on the switch, the machine is in a short-circuit state, will burn the internal circuit
2. The flash is harmful to the eyes, please do a good job when using protective measures.
3. When stepping on the foot switch, do not touch the metal part of the tungsten needle and tweezers at the same time, otherwise there will be pinprick feeling.
4. Non-professionals please do not disassemble and repair, there is a high pressure inside.
