2. We will ship your order within 48 hours upon Receiving Cleared Payment except Weekend and Public Holidays.
3. Turkey, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Russian, Greek, Belarus, Ukraine, Romonia these countries we only offer EMS/ Aramex/ YANWEN/ China Post service.
4. It will take 3-7 working days via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX, 10-25 business days via EMS, 10-90 working days via China post/other Post Office.
If your place is a remote area on DHL / UPS Extended Area Surcharge (EAS) Definitions, you may have to pay additional 36USD as Remote surcharge, that is not included in Shipping fee or Price.
Recently the Post announced that all items shipping by air are now subject to x-ray screening for regulated materials. This additional screening has cause delay in shipment. Please be aware that delivery may take a few days longer than usual. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

We will forward you a Post office FREE POST return label for the incorrect item.
Then the correct item will then be shipped out.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your initial request to return the item is after 30 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request.
All returns must be received in perfect re-saleable condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect re-saleable condition we cannot offer any refund.
All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales invoice and or return slip and number Once your item has been returned to us, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
If the return is for a faulty or damaged item we will provide a pre-paid returns label. If the return is due to a buyer changing their mind or just doesn’t want the item return costs will be at their own expense.
