This Set Was A JC Pennys Mail Order Exclusive Set 

The Vinyl Mat Has Some Wear To It And One Small Hole As Seen 

The Building Pieces Are In Good Shape With Some Minor Bending On Some 

I Believe The Only Piece Missing The Bottom of The Bus Terminal Station, But Please Look Carefully At All Photos And Judge For Yourself
