PLEASE NOTE – For pallet deliveries, access must be available to the front of the property (kerbside) for delivery. Deliveries are completed on lorries ranging from a 7.5 tonne lorry to an 18-tonne vehicle, measuring 2.8m wide x 4m high x 11m long (including the tail lift). The delivery will be lowered with the tail lift and pallet pumped to the entrance of your property. Please be aware that pallet trucks cannot be used on gravel or uneven surfaces, this may mean the pallet cannot be moved to your exact desired location. Remote locations, narrower driveways or locations that are difficult to get to can be arranged with the lorry driver and a suitable lorry will be chosen for your location.
