Vintage 1986 Kellogg cereal premium is a dollar sign ink stamp, still sealed in original plastic wrapper. Item measures 1-3/8" in diameter and 1/4" thick, not including the handle on one side. Wrapper has wear, but item inside has never been removed.  One side has tiny raised letters that read 1986 KELLOGG COMPANY and has the dollar sign symbol; the other side reads MADE IN HONG KONG.
