This is a nice Ceramic Cat figurine made by Royal Adderley. She's a White Persian with some grey tabby stripes, sitting on a light green pillow. Made in England and stamped underneath. No breaks or chips BUT there is a small brown spot on the side. That may be a flaw. He's about 6 3/4" tall and the square pillow base is 4" x 4 1/4" (the tail sticks out on the one side) Good luck!
