Operating Principle:
Brake fluid is taken from its container by a pump operating at up to 3.0 bar pressure and is continuously pumped into the brake fluid reservoir. The individual wheel brake cylinders can then be drained of their used brake fluid until the new brake fluid comes through.

You thus avoid the regular emptying and filling operations, in contrast to conventional systems and also avoid any resulting water absorption in the brake fluid.

The pump used to fill the brake fluid reservoir is equipped with pressure monitoring. Should it not be possible to build pressure or should the pump pull in air, the pump switches itself off automatically.
 
Funktionsweise Prinzip:
Bremsflüssigkeit wird seinem Behälter von einer mit bis zu 3,0 bar Druck arbeitenden Pumpe entnommen und kontinuierlich in den Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter gepumpt. Die einzelnen Radbremszylinder können dann ihre gebrauchte Bremsflüssigkeit abgelassen werden, bis die neue Bremsflüssigkeit durchkommt.

So vermeiden Sie im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Systemen die regelmäßige Entleerung und Befüllung und vermeiden zudem eine entstehende Wasseraufnahme der Bremsflüssigkeit.

Deployment/ Workplace:
The brake maintenance device should be installed on a flat surface. Make sure that the filling hose is not under any mechanical tension, for example when the vehicle is raised on a hydraulic lift.
With the startup procedure and operation, the area around the brake maintenance device becomes its workplace. Otherwise, there is no fixed workplace for the brake maintenance device.
 
Operation steps:
Note: no need to start the vehicle for the operation.
1. Raise the car to a suitable height so the drive wheels are not on the ground.
2. Connect the one oil pot of the device to the car brake cylinder, and loosen the exhaust screw of the brake cylinder to ensure that oil flows out.
3. Pour in 2L new brake fluid from the fuel filler port of the equipment, and find the matching model connector to connect to the fuel filler of the brake master cylinder.
4. Connect to 12V car power and turn on the power switch button.
5. Press the Vacuum Switch button.
6. Press the Fuel Switch button to change the brake fluid.
7. During the oil changing process, look at the car brake oil tank mouth, if the refuel is too slow, press the acceleration switch button on the device to accelerate refueling; if it’s too fast, press the deceleration switch button to slow down.
8. After the oil change is completed, the used oil in the tank of the equipment must be drained clean. If it’s not emptied clean, the vacuum pump will be damaged and the oil change operation cannot be performed.
Bereitstellung/Arbeitsplatz:

Arbeitsschritte: 
Hinweis: Kein Starten des Fahrzeugs für den Betrieb erforderlich.
1. Heben Sie den Wagen auf eine geeignete Höhe, damit die Antriebsräder nicht am Boden sind.
2. Schließen Sie den einen Öltopf des Geräts an den Autobremszylinder an, und lösen Sie die Auspuffschraube des Bremszylinders, um sicherzustellen, dass Öl austritt.
3. Gießen Sie 2L neue Bremsflüssigkeit aus dem Kraftstoffeinfüllstutzen der Ausrüstung und finden Sie den passenden Modellstecker zum Anschluss an den Kraftstoffeinfüllstutzen des Hauptbremszylinders.
4. Schließen Sie die Steckdose an und schalten Sie den Netzschalter ein.
5. Drücken Sie die Taste Vacuum Switch.
6. Drücken Sie die Kraftstoffschalter-Taste, um die Bremsflüssigkeit zu wechseln.
7. Während des Ölwechselvorgangs sehen Sie sich den Mund des Autobremsöltanks an, wenn der Kraftstoffverbrauch zu langsam ist, drücken Sie die Beschleunigungsschalter-Taste am Gerät, um das Betanken zu beschleunigen; wenn es zu schnell ist, drücken Sie die Verzögerungsschalter-Taste, um zu verlangsamen.

After completing the bleeding process or exchanging brake fluid, should the operation ofthe brake or clutch pedal be too long or the pressure behind the operation be to "soft”，repeat depressing the pedal several times, each time applying stronger pressure to the pedal or clutch. If the situation remains unchanged, the bleeding procedure needs to be carried out again.

Nach Abschluss des Entlüftungsvorgangs oder Austausch von Bremsflüssigkeit, sollte der Betrieb des Brems-oder Kupplungspedals zu lang sein oder der Druck hinter der Operation zu "weich" sein? wiederholen Sie das Drücken des Pedals mehrmals, jedes Mal, wenn stärkerer Druck auf das Pedal oder die Kupplung ausgeübt wird. Bleibt die Situation unverändert, muss die Blutung wieder durchgeführt werden.
