DOSAGE
1 Capsule per day in the morning with water, with or without food. It is not recommended to consume more than one capsule per day as the formula is very concentrated and potent. The effects of the herbs will compound as it accumulates in the system.
Female Force will function best when combined with a whole foods diet and proper sleep. Excessive consumption of processed foods, coffee, and alcohol or smoking will negatively impact the performance of this formula. For those following this type of modern diet we recommend our Deep Detox formula before starting Female Force or our other tonic formulae.
