This is an extremely rare sound card that was sold as a build your own kit. It has the required parts list included. It was sold by Computer Parts Galore. The documentation and board are only labeled Music Machine and MCA. Please check the photos. Parts are not included to complete the card. apple2.org has disk images and manuals under Vista Music Machine. This was one of the first high quality home computer sound cards to use 3 8910 chips for 9 channels.
