This is a 2013 Upper Deck  NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH  1946 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP pennant.

These are really neat mini pennants.

These were inserted into the special NOTRE DAME blaster boxes from Upper Deck.

It measures APPROXIMATELY 5 1/2 inches at its widest point, and 3 1/2 inches at its tallest point.

The pennant is in good shape - never taken out of the clear plastic it was originally in from Upper Deck.

Comes from a Smoke-Free home
