Vintage choker is a brown leather strip, 1-1/4" wide and 10-1/2" long, with fancy gold-colored metal findings on the ends that are attached with prongs going through the leather and bent on the backside to hold in place. The central medallion is attached the same way. It is in the shape of a buckle or the letter "E", measuring 1-1/2" wide and 1-3/4" high and accented with dark brown wood beads. The goldtone chain on either side, with a hook on one end and a wooden bead on the other, makes the choker adjustable up to 17". The backside of the central piece is marked KENNETH LANE (see fourth photo). Some small marks in the leather and there is tape residue on the backside where the metal came in contact with the skin.  I don't think this was original to the piece, but it's hard to say as I have never seen another one of these. The leather could probably be replaced, as the metal parts are attached with prongs. The metal parts and the wood beads are in nice condition.
