Likely Italian in origin and from the 1960s 

Unknown manufacturer 

Excellent vintage condition - just the normal paint wear as expected in the usual places (twisted rope) and the bottom knob;  the paint has excellent patina 

No breaks to the flowers or leaves and none missing 

12 3/4" long
