About : The 1986 World's Transportation and Communications Expo, or simply Expo 86, was a world's fair held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from May 2 to October 13, 1986. The fair, whose theme was "Transportation and Communications, World in Motion World in Touch”, coincided with Vancouver's centennial and took place on the north shore of False Creek.  It was the second time that Canada organized a Universal Exhibition, the first being Expo 67 in Montreal during Canada's centennial.

À Propos : L'Exposition universelle de 1986 sur les transports et les communications , ou simplement Expo 86, est une exposition universelle tenue à Vancouver, Colombie-Britannique, Canada du 2 mai au 13 octobre 1986. L’expo, dont le thème était « Transports et communications :Un monde en mouvement un monde en contact», a coïncidé avec le centenaire de Vancouver et a eu lieu sur la rive nord de False Creek. C'était la deuxième fois que le Canada organisait une Exposition universelle, la première étant l'Expo 67 à Montréal (durant le centenaire du Canada).
