George III Silver Vinaigrette 

Offered for sale is this tiny antique silver vinaigrette made by T Simpson & Sons. This delightful object, was created during the reign of King George III and was assayed in Birmingham in 1819. It has a foliate repousse border and has been monogrammed to the centre. The vinaigrette has a pierced grill to the inside. The hinges all work, the condition is good, with minor marks and scratches commensurate with age, tarnish and marks to the interior as per photographs. Measures approx 26x20x10mm in size. Please remember this item is over 200 years old so will NOT look like new!
