This MacBook has been used by me for about 3 whole years now. It's gotten some wear and tear, but this purchase comes with the case shown in the photos along with all the decorative stickers since I don't really have a use for it anymore if I don't have the actual laptop. There are a few marks on the model, but most of those are just stains from materials that ended up on it. I've cleaned it multiple times and rest assured that when it comes in, it'll be cleaned extensively beforehand. The only real downside to this machine is the battery life. I made the mistake of keeping the system from going to sleep a lot, and the battery time has suffered as an effect of that. The machine is still usable for work, mainly, but you really should keep the charger with you at all times, which is why the purchase also comes with the charger. The charger itself is also a little worn out, primarily from me bringing it with me in my backpack around school, but rest assured that that also works perfectly fine as well, charging this isn't a problem. This machine is a good start to learning to use a regular computer, but it's really only a good start. If you wanted to make improvements, the best thing you could do is get a fix for the battery, and then I believe that you can upgrade the storage with an ssd, but I'm not sure.
