All the items are described to the
best of my ability and of my opinion. The item in the picture will be the item
you will receive. I do not use stock pictures. I sometimes use stock pictures
for figures but this mainly of the figure out of the box for better viewing.
FAQs
Are your items genuine?
Yes, all the items come
straight from Japan/USA or the UK. Each listing will also state if the item is
genuine.
Do you give your cards a
set condition?
Yes, please refer to the
list below.
Mint - Cards that are pack
fresh (may include whiting of edges on the back of the card this is due to
manufacturing or the age of the card).
Near Mint - Slight
imperfection very hard to notice or edge wear.
Excellent - Some scratches
on the card and/or edge wear.
Good - Noticeable
scratches.
Played - Creases, peeling,
scratches, and rips.
All my cards are stored in
a cool and dry place and come from a smoke free house and are shipped in hard
top loaders.
Do you accept best offers
for items?
Yes, if the best offer
option is available on the listing. You can send me offers in a message or on
the listing. Please do not send me messages like “What's the best price you can
do for this?”. If your offer is not countered and is just declined this means
you are not near the price, I want to sell the item at.
Do you sell cards that can
be graded?
No, I do not sell any cards to be graded or to people who claim to grade cards. If you buy cards and grade them and do not get the grade you expect this is not my fault and no refunds will be given.
Do you ship
internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
Combine postage is available for international buyers. Please contact me for a
combined postage invoice. If you want to purchase multiple items and want a
postage quote, please ask me.
Will overseas buyers have
to pay import charges?
Yes, you will need to
check with your country for import taxes and duties charges. Items shipped
within the UK will not have to pay import charges. If you have already paid for
taxes on eBay, then you won’t have to paid for them again when the item arrives
in your country.
Do you accept returns?
No, I do not accept
returns for items. This is mainly because people do not return the item with
much protection, and it gets damaged, or they swap the item with a similar one
they already own but with a poorer condition.
Can I cancel an order?
No, as payments are not
instant and take time to process.
My item arrived damaged or
has not arrived, what do I do?
If your item has arrived
damaged then please claim damages from the postal service, a receiver of an
item is more likely to have a success claim than the sender.
If it has been more than 2
weeks for UK post or 3 weeks for international post from the postal date,
please contact me and I start a lost package claim. I ask that you contact me
after this time because this is Royal Mails guide for postage claims.
How long do you take to
dispatch items?
Items will be dispatched
within 3 working days.
What postal services do
you use within the UK?
I only ship only using
Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Any item over the value £25 will be sent signed
for. All items are dispatched from the UK.
What postal services do
you use for overseas orders?
I use Royal Mail economy
as which is the same as sea mail, if Royal Mail economy is not available then
you item will be shipped via Royal Mail standard which is via Air. Any items
over £25 will be sent tracked.
Feedback
If you have a problem with
your item, please can you contact me first so I can try and help you before you
leave feedback. You will not receive feedback from me for an item until I
receive it from you first, so I know you are happy with your item and have no
problems.
