BL2838 brushless motor, rare earth medium strong magnetic inner rotor, front and rear double ball bearings, built-in drive plate. It supports input PWM signal speed regulation, and can also operate with only one set of DC power supply. It supports forward and reverse rotation, with a suitable voltage of DC24V and a maximum speed of around 6300 rpm.
Attention: The DC brushless motor is equipped with a drive board, and the positive and negative poles are strictly prohibited from being connected in reverse. The red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole. If connected in reverse, it will burn out the drive board.
Red line: positive pole of power supply
Green line: FG (suspended without connection)
Yellow line: direction line, CCW when suspended, CW when connected to black line.
Black line: Common GND (power negative+PWM negative)
Blue line: PWM (frequency around 5000HZ, duty cycle speed regulation)
If the blue wire is connected to the black wire, there is no need for a PWM signal and the motor runs at the highest speed. That is, the red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the blue wire+black wire is connected to the negative pole, and the motor can operate.
Motor weight: 89 grams
Line length: approximately 70 MM
Voltage: DC24V
No load current: 63 MA
Maximum speed: 6300 RPM
If a PWM signal is needed for speed regulation, input the PWM signal on the blue line with a frequency of about 5000 Hz. The negative pole of the PWM signal should also be connected to the negative pole of the power supply in parallel, and the duty cycle speed regulation (1% -90%) is effective. When the yellow wire is suspended, the motor's steering is CCW, and when the yellow wire is connected to the black wire, the motor's steering is CW.
