Any Scratches in the scans are on the toploader or the scanner, and NOT the card itself unless otherwise stated. All cards are nm-mint condition unless otherwise stated. Often times they are pack fresh.
Any orders under $20 will be shipped using Ebay send standard envelope. This is a tracked system, powered by Ebay, to provide tracking for sports cards less than $20. Unfortunately, USPS does not always scan these the fastest, nor sometimes at all. Rest assured, I ship daily, sometimes twice. Many customers who have bought from me have received their items safely even though the tracking did not update. If you do not receive your item, please contact me before opening a case.
