Printer can print in cyan and magenta and works fine otherwise. However , it seems to only accept the printhead when all colors but cyan and magenta are "disabled." And by disabled I mean I used the trick seen on the YouTube video to put tape over a connection on the printhead.

This printer comes with a new printhead and ink cartridges.
