Rather unusual  Italian- made 1970s Vintage Crock with lid. About 6 inches + high, width 5 inches at base.  Screw-On Metal Closure, Metal Handles. UNIQUE!.  Please see photos.

Please note--The lid has a rubber ring which has cracks /deterioration due to the age. Also the ceramic lid has two rather small pinkish stains about 2 in apart. Again see photos. This item is new, as in not used.  Does have a couple of flaws as noted.  This was stored for decades, and I don't know the circumstances of that.

The lid is secured with a metal piece that screws onto the top. There are matching handles on the side, metal rings.  Once again, unique.
