. all items were bought either in Official Certified Retailers or in Flagship / Company Brand Stores and all original receipts and payment proofs are kept on file;

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

. shipping will take place from Monday to Friday, within 1-2 business days after cleared payment but, if possible, same-day shipment will be provided 

(in accordance with the Postal Office's business hours);

. shipment takes place from Portugal (Western Europe);

. all items will be shipped using International Priority Airmail, with Tracking Number and Signature Confirmation Upon Delivery (when applicable);

. customs duties, taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility and, if applied, aren't controlled by the seller nor are they extra charges from the seller;

. when the immediate checkout option isn't available (as in auction-style and best offer features), payment is expected within 3 days, please,
