Offered for sale is a lovely antique porcelain CUP AND SAUCER set, made by C. Hutschenreuther of Bavaria, Germany.  The pattern features pink and purple daisy-like flowers, with green leaves and a tan band around the rim.  The cups are marked with the "UNO Favorite" (picture 5).  This mark was used by Hutschenreuther on pieces sent to the U.S. for Chicago-based importers Burley & Tyrrell.  It was used in ~1912.

The cup measures 3 7/8 inches (9.8cm) in diameter at the rim. and stands 2 1/4 inches (7.0cm) tall.  The saucer measures 5 3/4 inches (14.6cm) in diameter.  A U.S. quarter is shown in the first two pictures, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance.

The cup and saucer are in good used condition.  They are free from chips and cracks, and have no fading or crazing of the glaze.  The gold edge trim shows almost no wear.
