SHIPPING:

E-commerce selling policies require the seller to ship ONLY to the designated address associated with the buying account (no exception) to protect both the buyer and seller and minimized confusion and possible fraud.  Therefore, it is important to update/verify your shipping address PRIOR to purchase/payment, so that the item will arrive safely at the correct address.

Shipping service is available only when shipping is offered and/or quoted as part of the shipping service.  When the shipping service is not offered, then the buyer is responsible for the local pickup or arranging his/her own shipping.

By purchasing the item, the seller has agreed to cooperate with the shipping service to complete the claim should any damage occur. The buyer must send to the seller photos of the damage(s) to both the item as well as the shipping box within 24 hours of delivery.

LOCAL PICK-UP -or-BUYER-ARRANGED SHIPPING:  Due to the size and weight, the buyer is responsible for either local pick-up or arranging your own shipping.  I just had shoulder surgery and cannot pick up heavy items without help.  Nevertheless, if you arrange for the delivery via either FedEx, UPS, or Greyhound, I will assist by dropping off the item at any of those local drop-off shipping locations. 

LOCAL PICK-UP FINALIZATION: Upon local pickup, the item is free to be inspected and/or tested to confirm that the item matches the description and is complete as described in the listing.  Please be prepared to send a message through your eBay Mobile APP stating that you have picked up your item at the completion of your pickup.

TERMS OF SALE:

The buyer hereby agrees and is bound to the following terms upon purchase.  Only the item(s) shown in the photo(s) are included (not including background and/or props unless specified).  If the item is damaged during shipping to the buyer, the buyer must cooperate with the seller and shipping service to help facilitate the claim.  The buyer must submit photos of the damaged item(s) including the shipping box to the seller.  For high-value items, the item may need to be kept for inspection by the shipping service. Item(s) returned for other reasons must be returned in the same condition (unused, unaltered) in which they were received, and must include all items intact that were in the original package including and not limited to cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty/rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items. The buyer is liable for loss in value of the item(s) if it is returned in a different condition, with missing pieces, or if the item(s) were not packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipment.
