This dispenser is in good cosmetic condition. Untested AS-IS. The handle is slightly bent and does not move all the way back. The nut is stuck on the bottom. Dispenser appears unmarked. Has considerable wear / minor pitting all around. Also has some corrosion, rust, and many minor chips. Has a sticker and some tape. Dispenser measures approximately 18 inches tall with the handle.
