Beautiful leather bound spine with leather board corners.

This rare antique book estimated to be c. 1873 titled "The Popular Recreator: A Key to Indoor & Outdoor Amusements" is a must-have for any collector of antiquarian and collectable books. The first three pages are showing wear and tears; the rest of the book is in exceptional condition for age. The bind is still connected and although weakening the books spine is still in great shape. It’s fragile but a beautiful specimen and as far as my research shows very scarce.
