All orders are shipped with tracking. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being paid. This does not include weekends or holidays. Many orders are processed the same day and some within minutes. Please understand, cancellations are difficult to grant due to the quick processing by our warehouses. We will attempt to cancel as requested. If the item is shipped before it could be canceled, it can be returned. Every part we list is in stock when listed. Our inventory is updated every day. There are times when an item is ordered and, for a variety of reasons, the item may be unavailable. In this rare case, we will offer a full refund of the purchase. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Protectorates, or PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally. Return Policy: We offer 30 day free returns. ALL returns must be in the original packaging and include all materials that it arrived with. Items must be in new condition with no issues. Please message us prior to opening a return. We can make the return process much easier with communication in eBay messages. All returns MUST have an RMA number. Items returned that do not comply with this policy will result in deductions from the refund or no refund. Items will be refunded when returned and inspected. We do not offer exchanges. Once the return policy period has ended, we do not have the ability to provide any credit.
