Waterslide decals will not work on cloth unless the cloth is hardened with paint or other substance. Waterslide decals may work on soft rubber (ie phicen) but are intended for and work better on hard surfaces.  Use them on soft rubber at your own risk. The decals are printed on a continuous sheet and will require you to cut them out. These decals are printed on a high quality printer resulting in much higher quality decals.  The ink is opaque (not translucent) so the colors will show up on almost any color background.   Also, because the ink is waterproof, the decals are much thinner than traditional printing methods which require sealing.  This allows the decal to contour to the figure or vehicle much better.
