We ship orders all across Europe and the rest of the world. Please note that when ordering products from the United Kingdom your country may require you to pay an import customs tax. We recommend checking your nations government website to check whether your country requires customs taxes for items purchased outside of the EU. If you use eBay's 'Global Shipping Programme' eBay will collect any required customs taxes at point of sale which will be clearly displayed next to your subtotal prior to ordering. A tax code will also be added to your address. For any international orders not using 'GSP' import taxes will not be collected at checkout and will instead be collected by your own government at point of delivery. Please note that customs fees are billed by your home countries government, not us, so we cannot be held responsible for any international taxes incurred.
Fast, same day dispatch!
Our mail is collected daily, Mon-Fri, at 2pm. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched same day. Orders received after 1pm, or during a weekend, will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders made during UK national holidays will also be dispatched on the following working day.
Combined shipping discounts!
Combined shipping discounts are available when purchasing multiple items concurrently. Once all items have been added to the shopping basket the total combined shipping price will be displayed. Once satisfied, checkout as normal. Please note that we are unable to combine shipping on multiple separate checkouts so ensure a single checkout is made for all items together. Please note that the weight limit for international packages in 2Kg so we are unable to combine any orders on heavy items being shipped outside of mainland UK.
Can I edit my shipping method / address? Unfortunately, this is not possible due to our shipping labels being automatically paid & generated during checkout. If this is likely to cause issues, then we would need to cancel the order so you can re-order, this time selecting the correct details.
What is my tracking number! Tracking numbers are automatically added to your eBay purchase history once packages have been marked as dispatched. Please note that the free shipping option is a signed for only service and not a fully tracked service. If you require a fully tracked service please select the 'Special Delivery' shipping option at checkout.
My order hasn't arrived yet? We ship orders received before 1pm, Mon-Fri, on the same working day. Once dispatched delivery times are out of our control. Usually delivery times are as follows - Free shipping = 2-3 working days, 1st class (paid) = 1-2 working days, Special Delivery (paid) - next working day. Please note that the Royal Mail do not class Saturdays & Sundays as working days. If your orders outer ETA has passed, then get in touch and we will investigate further.
Returns must be made within the period displayed on the returns section of the eBay listing you purchased. Returns must arrive back in brand new, sealed & resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover original shipping costs & sales fees. Return shipping & costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for returns that get lost. We recommend using a fully insured & tracked service. If you ordered an incorrect item and would prefer an exchange, instead of a refund, then please include £2.50 with the package to cover returning shipping costs & include a note showing the item number you require. All returns must include the eBay username of the original purchasing account. We are unable to refund shipping costs for any premium shipping options purchased at the time of order. People attempting to abuse the returns policy to avoid shipping costs will be reported and investigated by eBay.
