Our Sandpit comes with a UV-protected tarp as well as an internal ground sheet to prevent grass or weeds from growing into the sand play area, and also allows for water drainage.
High Temperature Treatment
Our timber undergoes a high heat treatment, a natural chemical-free process that enhances the durability and stability of the wood. This sustainable treatment results in a stronger, high-quality product that is resistant to rot and decay.

RETURNS

SHIPPING
Our Standard Delivery service offers nation-wide, reliable door-to-door, street level/ground floor delivery only.
Certain postcodes may qualify for free postage, and other areas may be charged for postage. To see your exact cost, please see the Postage, returns & payments tab for a shipping quote.
Our couriers will not deliver large items upstairs, enter homes, or provide installation/removal services. For items that weigh more than 40kg and/or when considered too large for a single person to handle, they will require assistance in unloading. Contact number is required for delivery.
Our carriers will always try to deliver within our estimated delivery times, but late deliveries can happen. Please leave up to 14 working days for your delivery. We set monthly targets to ensure that our couriers deliver on-time, 97% of the time. If your delivery is beyond 14 working days or if you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us via eBay messaging so we can chase up and enquire with the courier service.
Authority to Leave Freight may be placed on smaller items shipped with Standard Delivery that do not require assistance in unloading and can be left in a safe place. If you do not want this to be left, please notify us as soon as you have placed the order as we ship on a next business basis.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or Parcel Lockers.
If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We work with different courier partners to offer you reasonable rates and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent on size and weight of each item and the delivery location.
Short deliveries may happen and may be delivered in parts. This does not necessarily mean that the other cartons are lost, as couriers will endeavour to deliver all boxes as quick as possible, especially during busy Christmas or Black Friday shopping periods.
Due to our fast dispatch procedures, cancelling your order may not be possible. If the item has been dispatched and you require a cancellation, re-direction or return fees will apply.
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are rough estimations given to us by our allocated couriers. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please do not allocate hours as the courier company cannot deliver within allocated time frames.
