Step 1: Please search & pair with CarBt_*** on your phone, both wireless CarPlay & Android Auto connection are working by WiFi.
Step 2: If you have Bluetooth helmet, please go to Settings-System-Device MIC-OFF.
Step 3: Please go to "Bluetooth Emit" for search and connect your Bluetooth helmet.

A: The product doesn't have built-in GPS, it uses your phone's GPS, and the GPS navigation function is realized through CarPlay and Android Auto.
1.Warm Tips: Please do not connect your phone to the Watch or any Android smart watch when CarPlay or Android auto is working. These third Bluetooth devices will cause CarPlay and Android auto to fail.
2.When working in CarPlay or Android auto, do not use your phone as a WiFi hotspot.
3.Remove the Bluetooth helmet from the Bluetooth device list of Android mobile phone, otherwise wireless Android will not work normally automatically.
4.Remove all irrelevant Bluetooth and WiFi on the mobile phone, and only keep the connection with the host, otherwise the machine will not work correctly.
