Buick Accessory / Dealer item from approximately 1968, 1969, 1970. This was typically bought by the owner and installed in his Riviera, Electra, Skylark, or LeSabre.  It's a tissue dispenser box, complete with vintage Kleenex Tissue box inside it.  It looks new, (tissue box is unopened) but likely been out of the box for decades.
