Vintage oil can filler. Approximately 13cm overall height 7.5cm diameter. Has a "Stuart" brand label on two sides but don't believe this is original but may be wrong. Brass nozzle on end of spout. On base is stamped 1960 this may be the year of manufacture but only guessing. Overall condition good although paint has worn off in places. Please treat photos as part of the description
