All the pages are intact, no cutouts. No writing inside. 

The covers do show some wear. 

There is some perimeter wear and a vertical cover bend on the front cover. 

The spine is solid and firm with some slight wear by the top.   

The inner pages are clean and problem free.   

The magazine displays nicely and lays flat.   

There is no musty smell to the magazine. 

The magazine will be sent in a new resealable sleeve with backing board.
