This is a brand new, still sealed and in-the-box Dead Kenny 3" vinyl toy by kidrobot. Released as a case exclusive when you bought sealed case of south park toys in 2011.  Two are available - they have both been carefully stored in my attic all these years. Each in in essentially the same condition - well kept and only a minor ding of barely visible scuff on the box.
