Well used, with scratches and some smudges (see photos), but fully functional. This item has been cleaned to the best of my ability. There is a piece of something or other in the charging port (see photo), which can probably be removed by a professional, but the phone charges just fine, and it appears to have no impact on functionality. The phone has been factory reset and is ready for a new owner!
