To maintain optimum performance of this towel, we recommend that you avoid using fabric softeners, as they decrease the towel's absorbency.
If you have a pulled thread, do not pull it. Simply snip off the loop with sharp scissors. Trimming a pulled thread will avoid further pulling & will not affect the durability or performance of your towel.
It is quite normal for a cotton towel to lint or fluff in the few initial washes.
This will diminish with subsequent washes & tumble drying. Remember to clean out the filters of your washing machine & tumble dryer.

The product should not be opened, used or washed. The buyer is responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us. We recommend that you use the registered post option as Cloud Linen will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail.
