I bought a few of these lures and extra skirts from TheDealYo. I fish in  Grenada, in the Southern Caribbean and have had a lot of strikes on  them. I use a ballyhoo pin rig and am able to change the skirts by  bending the pin down and removing the skirt over the hook then replacing with a new skirt. Pretty slick action.
