REGARDING SHIPPING

USPS has introduced a new shipping option (Ground Advantage) which offers rates lower than Priority Mail but slower delivery times.

USPS continues to increase rates and has implemented slower delivery times.  The shipping cost in the listing is the exact amount quoted by USPS.  I do not add additional fees.  I also ship within one business day so any delays in delivery would be carrier related.
