Use steps: choose one of automatic mode and manual mode
(1) Steps for using the automatic mode (this mode is easy to use, it is recommended that you use the automatic mode)
1. Wiring and checking the current:
All wires from the positive (or negative) terminal of the battery are measured through the sensor. The correct wiring is that the coulomb counter shows positive current when charging and negative current when discharging. If not, it means that your sensor is reversed, and you can turn the sensor in reverse; if the current of the newly installed good coulomb counter is not zero at no load, you need to clear the current at no load.
2. Battery capacity reset:
After the first use or replacement of the battery, the capacity value displayed by the fuel gauge is not the actual value of the battery, and a zero-capacity operation is required: after the battery is fully discharged (empty), press and hold the key for 3 seconds, the capacity value and percentage are reset to 0%. When charging the battery, the capacity will automatically display 100% when fully charged. This process is completely automatic and does not require customers to set up, which is simple and convenient.
Special situation: the capacity does not display 100% after the charger is fully charged, you can manually fill up to display 100% by long pressing the up button (Note: long press the up button without unplugging the charger)

(2) Steps for using the manual mode (this mode is used when the customer knows the battery characteristics very well)
2. Setting parameters:
The two parameters of battery rated capacity CA and full-charge automatic full-capacity voltage FV must be set.
Battery rated capacity is set in menu item: 11CA (battery effective capacity);
The voltage of fully charged automatic full capacity is set in the menu item: 12FV (full capacity voltage) (this voltage is recommended to be set to the highest virtual voltage displayed by the coulomb counter when the battery is fully charged and the power of the charger is not unplugged) .
3. Fill once:
After connecting the wires and setting the parameters, the watch will not display the battery capacity immediately. At this time, the battery icon and capacity are still empty, and the battery needs to be fully charged to display the remaining power normally. This needs special attention.

parameter settings
Menu Adjustment range Default value Comment
01ZV (zero-capacity voltage) 0.0-100V 0.0V If the voltage is lower than this, the capacity will be automatically set to 0%. If you do not know the voltage characteristics of the battery pack (discharge voltage), do not set this value.
02OV (overvoltage alarm) 0.0-100V 100V When the voltage is higher than this, the voltage value will flash, and the buzzer will sound intermittently every 500 milliseconds.
03OC (over-current alarm) 0-Maximum value of range Maximum value of range
Large value When the current is higher than this value, the current value flashes and the buzzer sounds intermittently every 500 milliseconds.
04LV (low voltage alarm) 0.0-overvoltage value 0.0 When it is lower than this voltage, the voltage value flashes and the buzzer sounds intermittently every 500 milliseconds.
05LB (low capacity alarm) 0-100% 0% When the capacity is lower than this, the percentage and the battery symbol will flash, and the buzzer will sound intermittently every 500 milliseconds.
06HT (high temperature alarm) -9 to 99℃ 99℃ When the temperature is higher than this temperature, the temperature value flashes and the buzzer sounds intermittently every 500ms. (Standard products do not have this function)
07VC (Voltage value fine-tuning) When the displayed voltage value has deviation, it can be adjusted within a certain range.
08CC (fine adjustment of current value) When the displayed current value has deviation, it can be adjusted within a certain range.
09CZ (current zero calibration) The current is not 0 at no-load, and zero calibration is required.
10TC (fine adjustment of temperature value) When the displayed temperature value has deviation, it can be adjusted within a certain range. (Standard products do not have this function)
11CA (battery effective capacity) automatic test capacity, can be manually set under special circumstances
12FV (full capacity voltage) 0 When the voltage is higher than this, the capacity is automatically set to 100%, and this function only works in manual mode
13LK (menu lock) LOCK/UnLOCK LOCK Only the menu lock can be opened to modify the contents of menu items 01-12 (LOCK closes the menu lock/UnLOCK opens the menu lock)
14DF (restore default value) NO/YES NO Select YES, all current parameters are restored to factory settings.

The menu content of item 01-12 can only be modified by opening the menu lock
Note: Key operation method
1. The key operation is divided into long press and short press
Long press: press and release the button for 3 seconds;
Short press: press the button for 1 second to release;
2. Button definition under normal measurement interface
Long press (setting key): enter the setting menu
Short press (setting key): display/turn off the backlight
Long press (down arrow): the capacity is set to zero
Short press (down key): View project mode (this is the manufacturer's view mode, customers can skip this)
Long press (up key): full capacity (used in special cases)
Short press (up key): release the alarm

Button definition in the menu setting interface
Long press (setting key): enter the item line
Short press (setting key): save the parameters and return to the previous menu
Short press (down arrow): select plus or minus digit
Short press (up key): modify the setting value
Use FAQ
1. Do I need to set parameters when using the coulomb counter?
Answer: No, this coulomb counter only needs to be connected correctly for the first use after receiving it, and then charge the battery after emptying the battery until the battery is fully charged. convenient. (Special cases can also be set manually)
2. Does the coulomb counter need to install a switch?
Answer: No, the backlight will be automatically turned off when the coulomb counter has no current. At this time, there is only 5mA current, which can be ignored.
3. Does the sensor measure the direction?
Answer: The coulomb counter displays positive current when charging, and negative current when discharging. If not, it means that your sensor is connected reversely, you can turn the sensor in reverse.
4. During the discharging process of the battery, the power also decreases slowly. But the battery does not increase when charging?
Answer: The Hall sensor is not connected to the total positive pole or the total negative pole, and the charging and discharging circuits must pass through the Hall sensor.
5. Why does the battery not charge or discharge, and the coulomb counter current shows a small current of a few tenths of an ampere?
A: Due to the aging of the device or the influence of ambient temperature, when the current is not 0 at no load, zero calibration is required.
6. The battery has been used for a long time. I don't know how much AH the real capacity is. What should I do?
Answer: After the battery is empty (empty), press and hold the button for 3 seconds, the capacity value and percentage will be reset to 0%, and the battery will be charged at this time. .
Special case: The capacity does not display 100% after the charger is fully charged, you can manually fill up to 100% by long pressing the up button (Note: long press the up button without unplugging the charger)
7. Can the battery capacity be set manually?
Answer: Yes, first set the effective capacity of the battery in the menu item 11CA, then fully charge the battery, and then press and hold the up button to manually fill it up to display 100% (Note: long press the up button without unplugging the charger) )
