Adjustable Headrest from a 2022 Subaru Ascent model number 64061XC05ADM.  Black with gray stitching. This is a set of 2 for the front driver and passenger seats. 

Measurements are approximate: 19 inches from spokes to top of head rest, 11 inches wide, 5 inches from one end of the spokes to the other end of the spoke that fits into the chair assemble of your car.  

This may or may not fit into other brands/models of cars, I am unaware.  I do know it will fit into a 2022 Subaru Ascent.
