Authentic antique Japanese silk Kimono 

Its a sort of pink / purple colour with a woven cross pattern in white and blue

Kimono I think dates from the late 1920's early 1930's

Hand sewn fully lined

Structurally it is intact and could be worn

Very badly stained and it has been mended with saisho embroibery by a previous owner

Inside upper cotton lining is badly foxed

Lower orange silk lining is badly stained

Sleeve lining is amazing made up of scraps of silk from other kimono and part of a red shigoki obi

Good small / medium size

When laid flat:

Back across chest 23 inches

Base of collar to bottom 57 inches

Sleeve drop 19 inches

Sleeve to sleeve full width 47 inches
