We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location.

We offer a 60 day returns policy where you can return your item for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs (unless the wrong item was sent or the item is faulty). You must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt.
