This exquisite porcelain planter has a delicate design of a goddess or a fairy, surrounded by flowers & fish!!

She looks to me like she could be the goddess of the sea or perhaps she’s a fairy with her flowers, seems open for interpretation. :)

Excellent condition for the age with no chips or cracks. It is sign on the bottom, but I cannot make it out.
