There are some rusting & lines on the frame, please check photos. There are some defects that couldn't be seen in photos, due to the shiny surface.

One sconce has a wiring tag, the other doesn't, so if you know how to mount them with confidence on your wall, then do it. If you're in doubt about how to do it, please ask electrician to do it for you.
