Shipping Policy For Australian Territory:

·       Most of our products are shipped directly from Mainland China, where we have all the products stocked in a warehouse.

However, sometime due to customs & inspections it might take longer ( a day or two ), in such a scenario we request our customers to show some patience.

·       Our Handling time is 2 days and the product will be delivered to you within 5-15 Days after you are provided with the  tracking.

·       We use the best shipping service to make sure that you receive your parcel Undamaged.

·       We use a selection of shipping services such as DHL, China post, Cainiao Global Express,etc.

·       Tracking is available so you can track your Parcel hustle free.

Hustle Free Return:

·        All your returns will be collected at our address in Australia, so you do not have to worry about returns and refunds.

·        You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it only if the product is not used /primed by the buyer.

·       Any product you return must be in the same condition as received  and in the original packaging.

·       We do not accept returns if the customer has ordered the wrong item or has a change of mind. ( otherwise the buyer will have to pay for the return shipping)

·       In case you have received a damaged parcel it is better to take a picture of the parcel at the time of opening ,with the shipment label seen clearly in the picture.

·       Before accepting a return, we may ask for the pictures of the products.

·       As per ebay’s policy we do not accept returns & refunds on Cosmetics or Grocery items, but if the buyer still want then they can feel free to contact us.

·       Order Cancellation will be accepted within 24 Hours of placing an order, although your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment.

For International Postage:

·       We offer international postage to customers around the globe from MainLand China to countries like United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France , Canada and many more.

·       Our Handling time for the international customers is also 2 Business days and you order will be delivered to you within 5-15 Business days after the complete payment of the order.
