The necklace pendant is engravable with your chosen text on the front and / or reverse.

We will engrave your chosen text onto the front and back of this necklace pendant (or just one side if preferred). Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2-3 days.
The highest quality and guaranteed to last a lifetime, we use a laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. This jewellery is designed to be worn every day and you can rest assured that the engraving will not fade.
Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters. Please refer to our CHOICE OF FONTS Document to choose the style of font you would prefer and specify this in the Personalisation Section.
As engraved items are created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these items unfortunately unless it was found to be faulty, in which case we will rectify any issues immediately.

Shipping is via Royal Mail 24 Delivery Service. This usually takes 1 – 2 working days for delivery once we have dispatched your item. Items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday. We offer an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which is a guaranteed next day service by 1pm, for an extra fee.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to collect it from your local sorting office. Sometimes they don’t always leave a card so please check with them first to see if they have your package.
We only use the highest quality packaging materials to ensure your item arrives to you safely.
International shipping (Outside the UK)
We also ship orders internationally using eBay’s GSP delivery service. Using the Global Shipping Programme (GSP) we send your order to eBay’s shipping centre and they forward the package onto you. With GSP, all customs, duties and tax will be calculated by eBay and paid upfront at checkout. eBay will also calculate the postage cost for you and provide you with an estimated shipping time.
Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unaltered & unmarked, with all tags and packaging intact. It must show no signs of wear.
We recommend that you send the items back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof of delivery. Once we have received your returned item we will notify you via email and process your refund.
