In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please REFUSE delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse or contact us for further advice. If you need a two man delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us and this can be arranged an extra fee. If you are worried about your drive way or flooring inside of the property it is your responsibility to make sure it is covered with a protective sheet or inform us before we arrive.
