My wife enjoys the electronic version of the Mah Jong game on my computer so I bought her this for Christmas in the hopes we could play as a family.  This is in new condition and was never used.  2 of the drawers of tiles are still wrapped in plastic. Box is in perfect condition and is lined in a red velvet with a silver clasp.  We never even tried to play it, so all items are in new condition.
