In fair preowned condition.  Revolves slowly and plays music.  Foot pedal for revolving and switch for music both work.  Moderate areas of discoloration and paint wear.  Spots on surface rust and fading.  Measures approximately 18.5" square and 7" tall.  Original box is in very rough shape.  Heavy wear, tape, peeling, tears, etc.
