 It has a wonderful hand writing , detail, design  and workmanship.

Fully signed and dated 1150 by famous Islamic artist Mohammad Hossein Al Kazerouni, who was a close friend of Ahmad Neirizi. This artist is listed in the book of greatest hand writers in Islamic book.
